Union Minister Jitendra Singh, brother of the deceased, described Rana's passing as a personal loss that left an irreparable void. 'The untimely demise of my brother Sh Devender Singh Rana is a deep personal loss,' Singh expressed, thanking supporters for their solidarity during this painful time.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi joined in the condolences, highlighting Rana's contributions to Jammu and Kashmir's progress. 'Shri Devender Singh Rana Ji's untimely demise is shocking,' posted the PM, who noted Rana's pivotal role in BJP's recent successes in the region.
