Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath extended his heartfelt Diwali greetings, celebrating the festival as a triumph of righteousness, truth, and light. In a message on X, he expressed his wishes for the continued blessings of Lord Shri Ram and Mother Janaki upon the people of the state.

The Chief Minister marked the occasion by visiting the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Temple in Ayodhya for prayers. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also shared his Diwali wishes, hoping for health, happiness, and prosperity for all. Similar sentiments were echoed by Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, who wished the festival would bring new energy and positivity.

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi sent Diwali greetings, reiterating his commitment to the state's development. The 'Festival of Lights', which symbolizes light overcoming darkness, will see the Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple in Gandhinagar illuminated with 10,000 diyas. A new 55-foot Bhagwan Swaminarayan idol will be installed there with its dedication ceremony scheduled for November 11.
