The historic city of Ayodhya is gearing up for a grand and record-setting Deepotsav celebration coinciding with Diwali. The Chief Priest of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, Acharya Satyendra Das, expressed joy over this year's festival, marking the first celebration post-consecration of Ram Lalla.
With preparations complete, thousands of devotees are expected to partake in the festival seamlessly. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has extended an invitation for all to witness the attempt to light over 25 lakh diyas, expecting to set a new Guinness World Record.
As part of the five-day celebration, over 30,000 volunteers will assist in events spread across Ayodhya's ghats, while a special aarti record with 1,100 participants is also underway. The festivities not only celebrate Lord Rama's historical return but also highlight Ayodhya's evolving cultural landscape.
