Bahujan Samaj Party leader Mayawati criticized the failure of Jat votes to support BSP candidates, attributing the party's electoral losses in Haryana to this factor. Speaking on the Haryana election results, she indicated that the BSP-INLD alliance did not successfully secure Jat community backing, leading to close defeats for some candidates.

In a statement of gratitude, Mayawati thanked BSP supporters for their relentless efforts and reassured them that their dedication would eventually pave new paths toward success. She encouraged party members not to despair, emphasizing the potential for a new course in their political journey.

In honoring the late Kanshi Ram on his death anniversary, Mayawati paid homage to the founder's legacy, expressing appreciation for those who commemorated his contributions to the Bahujan movement. She accused Congress and BJP of being impediments to the Dalit self-respect and self-esteem movement, contrasting them with the BSP's commitment to empowering marginalized communities.
