Pioneering Inclusion: Godrej DEI Lab Launches Resource Hub

Godrej DEI Lab, part of Godrej Industries Group, launched a public repository named DEI Directory, featuring over 500 resources on workplace inclusion. Alongside, the Spotlight initiative celebrates diversity efforts in India. Since its inception, the Lab has advocated for DEI across corporate sectors.

Godrej DEI Lab, an experimental unit under the Godrej Industries Group, has unveiled a landmark public platform called the DEI Directory, commemorating its first anniversary. This directory is a trove of over 500 resources focused on workplace inclusion, encompassing areas like gender, disability, and LGBTQIA+ issues.

The resource hub is frequently updated and provides vital insights from credible sources such as business reports, academic studies, and expert consultations. In tandem with the directory, the Lab launched the Spotlight initiative, a storytelling project recognizing transformative efforts in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) across India.

By sharing success stories like Biocon Biologics' enhancement of women's representation and the Lalit Group's support for LGBTQIA+ communities, Godrej DEI Lab aims to nurture an all-encompassing ecosystem that promotes diversity as a pillar of business success and socio-cultural progress.
