Gujarat to Host Grand Navratri Cultural Programs at Nine Temples

The Gujarat Government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, is set to organize grand Navratri cultural programs at nine prominent temples, including the esteemed Ambaji and Bahucharaji Shaktipeeths. The state's Department of Youth Services and Cultural Activities will host the festival from October 3rd to October 11th at the renowned Ambaji Shaktipeeth in Banaskantha district.
Leading the celebrations will be Minister of Cultural Activities, Mulubhai Hardasbhai Bera. Additional one-day cultural programs are scheduled at seven other temple sites dedicated to the Goddess (Mataji) across Gujarat. These temple sites hold significant spiritual and cultural importance in India's Hindu tradition.
The Vibrant Navratri Festival, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and former Gujarat Chief Minister, has emerged as a hallmark of the state's cultural heritage. Garba, a key element of these celebrations, has been recognized by UNESCO as an 'Intangible Cultural Heritage.' Grand arrangements have been made to ensure a memorable festival for all devotees.
