Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in the Yuva Dharma Sansad programme on Friday, where he warmly welcomed the dignitaries and young participants attending the event organized by Seva Sansthanam.

Dhami highlighted the program's inspiration drawn from Swami Vivekananda's 1893 address in Chicago, noting its role in motivating the youth to aid in nation-building. He emphasized that a developed nation requires organized, self-reliant youth motivated by nationalism. The event took place at Patanjali Auditorium.

He underlined that India's youth hold the key to the nation's future, urging them to take on responsibilities to make India a developed nation by 2047. Dhami praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi's efforts in spreading Indian culture globally, citing initiatives in Yoga and Pranayam being adopted worldwide. He also announced a new Centre for Hindu Studies in Doon University.
