Two Arrested for Assault on Army Officer in Indore, Sent to Police Remand
Two individuals were arrested in Indore for assaulting an Army officer and his friend. The accused have been remanded for five days as police continue efforts to apprehend four other suspects. An investigation revealed that a female friend was also allegedly sexually assaulted during the incident.

Two men, arrested for assaulting an Army officer and his friend in Indore, have been remanded for five days by the Mhow court, according to police officials. Badgonda police station in-charge Lokendra Singh identified the suspects as Pawan Vasunia (23) and Anil Barud (27), both residents of Manpur.
The police plan to interrogate the suspects to gather more information about the incident and locate the remaining four accomplices. The FIR also mentions that a female friend of the victims was allegedly sexually assaulted by the attackers.
Indore Rural SP Hitika Vasal disclosed that 10 police teams have been investigating, identifying six suspects, and arresting two of them. Four other suspects are still at large. The incident occurred at the Army firing range in Indore, where the attackers demanded Rs 10 lakhs from the victims. The police have yet to record the statements of the women involved, and further action will follow once their accounts are taken.
