In a shocking incident, two masked men halted a bus in Madhya Pradesh's Chhatarpur district on Friday, looting passengers of their valuables. According to a police officer, the bus was en route from Lavkush Nagar to Satna when it was stopped near Patharguwan village within the Rajnagar police station's jurisdiction.

The assailants snatched mobile phones, mangalsutras, and cash from the passengers, including the bus conductor, before fleeing the scene. In response to the robbery, law enforcement launched an immediate search operation to locate the suspects.

Chhatarpur Superintendent of Police Agam Jain informed ANI that the perpetrators were last seen riding a bike and armed with khattas. Jain assured that the investigation is progressing and promised swift action to resolve the case. Further updates are expected as the investigation unfolds.
