Gujarat's Governor Acharya Devvrat and Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel honored 28 state teachers with the prestigious 'Best Teacher Award' during a grand ceremony organized by the Education Department at Tagore Hall in Ahmedabad on Thursday. Governor Devvrat emphasized that the impact of teachers is unparalleled, stating that education is the noblest of acts. He highlighted the crucial role teachers play in shaping exceptional individuals who build nations, societies, and families.

Certificates were also presented to 10 students benefiting from the Mukhyamantri Gyan Sadhana and Mukhyamantri Gyan Setu Merit Scholarships. Acknowledging the potential of even the youngest children, the Governor urged teachers to ignite this potential, helping students overcome ignorance and embrace their responsibilities.

Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel echoed this sentiment, affirming that impactful teachers inspire students to unlock their full potential. He emphasized the significance of teachers in realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of an 'Atmanirbhar' and 'Viksit Bharat.' Patel noted that Gujarat is pivotal in integrating its rich educational heritage with modern advancements and implementing the National Education Policy (NEP) to build a 'Viksit Bharat.'
