Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has reiterated the state government's commitment to promoting planned development using Family ID. CM Yogi emphasized the necessity for advanced data collection methods, training for data collectors, and the creation of a comprehensive database of birth and death certificates.

Citing the state's economic potential at the publication event of the District Domestic Product Estimates Uttar Pradesh 2022-23 booklet, the Chief Minister revealed that the state's gross domestic product reached Rs 25.48 lakh crore in 2023-24, up from Rs 22.58 lakh crore the previous year. This reflects an 8 percent growth rate, attributed to the state's strategic efforts over the past seven years.

He stressed that the booklet should contain detailed data such as the state's GSDP, district DDP, annual growth rates, per capita income, and comparative analysis. This data will be disseminated to universities and Krishi Vigyan Kendras to foster research and development based on this information.

Further, Chief Minister Yogi pointed out the ongoing efforts to make panchayats and urban bodies self-reliant. Highlighting remarkable progress in infrastructure and urbanization, the increased per capita income over the past seven years was noted. He stressed the importance of a self-reliant society for a self-reliant India, citing Uttar Pradesh's leading position in capital expenditure and infrastructure development.

Finally, he attributed the state's revenue growth over the past seven years to the integration of technology and corruption-free governance, marking a clear transformation in the state's work culture and development trajectory.
