As a former Home Minister, my information is that preparations have been made to make the viscera report of the deceased as alcohol positive," Deshmukh said.

He further added, "This tampering will be done to prove in court that the deceased sitting on the bike were drunk and the accident happened because of them. This will be done so that the accused son of Vishal Agarwal can be released soon. Efforts are underway to do the same."
