In a heartening development ahead of the Maha Kumbh festival, the Central Hospital has welcomed two newborns, Ganga and Kumbh. The hospital, which was set up in the Parade area to cater to the influx of visitors, facilitated the delivery of these symbolically named babies, adding a unique significance to the upcoming event.
Ganga, a baby girl born to a couple from Banda district, is the first female born at the hospital. Her birth was seen as a divine blessing ahead of the Maha Kumbh by her parents, Shivkumari and Rajel. The delivery was expertly handled by Dr. Gaurav Dubey's team, ensuring both mother and child are in good health.
Similarly, baby boy Kumbh was born to Sonam, a 20-year-old from Kaushambi. The delivery was overseen by Dr. Dubey's team as well, with both the mother and child in excellent condition. These joyous births underscore the spiritual essence of the Maha Kumbh, anticipated to begin in January 2025.
