All charges have been dropped against basketball player Brendan Paul, who was previously accused of acting as Sean 'Diddy' Combs' alleged drug courier. Paul's lawyer, Brian Bieber, confirmed to PEOPLE that the case has been completely dismissed.

Speaking to the media, Bieber explained that Brendan entered a diversion program, facilitating the case's dismissal upon completion. Paul opted for this program after his March arrest for cocaine and marijuana possession, thereby ensuring the eventual dismissal of his charges. The program's successful completion has now cleared his name.

This legal development unfolds against the backdrop of ongoing indictments against Diddy, who is facing charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, which he vehemently denies. Diddy has vocally defended his character, declaring that certain individuals are crafting baseless allegations for financial gain. His trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025.
