Sangeeta Singh, an acclaimed artist from Gurugram, launched her inaugural solo exhibition in London on Monday. 'Reflective Memoirs' dives deep into themes of identity, migration, and self-discovery through mixed-media artworks and paintings, showcasing vibrant elements of Indian culture.

The exhibition reflects the essence of Indian hospitality and togetherness, notably highlighted in her 'Tea Side Series,' inspired by her art residency in Turkey. The series uses teacups as a symbol for warmth, love, and unity, elements central to Indian life where chai plays an integral role.

Curated by Jitender Jain, the exhibition will be displayed at the Nehru Centre in London until October 25. Singh, who has held numerous global solo shows and earned accolades like the Raja Ravi Varma Chitrakaar Award, weaves her personal encounters with migration and solitude into her work, hoping to resonate with London audiences.
