On Thursday morning, people from various sectors assembled outside the Mumbai residence of Ratan Tata to honor the deceased industrial giant. Tata passed away in Breach Candy Hospital at age 86, leaving behind a legacy of transforming the Tata Group into a global powerhouse.

Among the visitors was cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, who arrived early at the Colaba-based home where security personnel and media crowding the area noted the significance of the moment. The assembly included the Maharashtra Police band, underscoring the solemnity of the occasion.

Prominent personalities like Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis, and businessman Mukesh Ambani attended the hospital upon hearing of Tata's demise on Wednesday night.
