Actors Evan Peters, Ashton Kutcher, Anthony Ramos, and Jeremy Pope are on board to star in the upcoming FX drama series 'The Beauty.' Renowned director Ryan Murphy is at the helm of the project.

This series signifies a reunion for Peters and Murphy, who have previously teamed up for nine installments of popular anthology series such as 'American Horror Story,' 'Pose,' and 'Monster.'

According to The Hollywood Reporter, 'The Beauty' is adapted from a 2016 graphic novel by Jeremy Haun and Jason A. Hurley. Although plot details remain scarce, the novel's storyline is set in a world where a sexually transmitted disease spread due to its side effect of enhancing physical attractiveness. Two detectives eventually discover a conspiracy tied to the disease's origins. The series is co-created, written, and executive produced by Murphy and Matt Hodgson. Production will kick off later this year.
