Former Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday pledged to restart all development and welfare projects that had stalled due to his recent arrest, ensuring they would be back on track as soon as possible.
Addressing the Delhi Assembly, Kejriwal criticized the BJP, accusing it of hindering various schemes, including old age pensions, elderly pilgrimages, and free medicines in hospitals.
He reiterated his lack of personal ambition for power, claiming his motivation for entering politics was to serve the country, and stressed that the electorate favors those who deliver on their promises rather than those who obstruct progress.
