Another woman has come forward with serious allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs. Thalia Graves filed a lawsuit on Tuesday, claiming that the music mogul and his head of security raped her and filmed the act at his New York recording studio in 2001.

This lawsuit, filed in federal court in New York, is the latest in a series of similar allegations against Combs. It comes a week after his arrest and the unsealing of a federal sex trafficking indictment against him.

Graves, 25 at the time of the alleged assault, recounted being lured to Bad Boy Recording Studios by Combs and Joseph Sherman. She described how she was given a drink laced with drugs, which led to her losing consciousness. She woke up bound inside Combs' office, where she was raped and physically assaulted. The lawsuit further alleges that Combs recorded the incident and distributed it as pornography.

During a news conference in Los Angeles, Graves, alongside her attorney Gloria Allred, spoke about the lasting trauma she has endured, including flashbacks, nightmares, and an inability to form healthy relationships.

Combs remains jailed without bail, facing multiple federal charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. He has pleaded not guilty. His attorney maintains his innocence and has stated that Combs will fight to clear his name.

Graves' lawsuit also mentions repeated threats from Combs and Sherman to keep her silent. It seeks unspecified damages and demands the destruction of all recordings of the incident. Several of Combs' companies are also named as defendants in the lawsuit.
