Manav Vij Returns with Thrills in 'Tanaav' Season 2

Manav Vij, returning as Kabir Farooqui with the Special Task Force in Season 2 of 'Tanaav', opened up about his experience on the show. The series intricately weaves stories of bravery, deception, greed, love, and revenge in a gripping narrative. This season, the Special Task Group (STG) faces a new threat as Al-Damishq, a vengeful young man, emerges in Kashmir.

Manav Vij shared in a statement from the Sony Liv team that working on 'Tanaav 2' was an unforgettable experience, marked by themes of conflict, revenge, and redemption. He noted the set's alternating serious and light-hearted atmosphere, which fostered strong bonds among the cast, enhancing the authenticity of their performances.

Sudhir Mishra, often bringing food for everyone, transformed breaks into story time, strengthening the cast's camaraderie. These unseen bonds, Manav believes, are crucial to the show's narrative. 'Tanaav', produced by Applause Entertainment, is a remake of Israel's 'Fauda', created by Avi Issacharoff and Lior Raz. Directed by Sudhir Mishra and E. Niwas, the series features Manav Vij, Gaurav Arora, Arbaaz Khan, and others. The second season premieres on Sony Liv on September 6.
