Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy is set to convene a meeting with officials to review rain relief measures. Despite a temporary respite from the rains on Monday morning, many areas remain severely impacted.
Traffic on the Hyderabad-Vijayawada National Highway has been diverted due to overflowing rainwater, and several train services have been canceled or rerouted by South Central Railway. Meanwhile, schools in Hyderabad have been closed as a precaution.
