The rally culminated in a sit-in at the busy Esplanade area, where participants vowed to stay until 4 am to urge the government for a swift investigation and arrests. The air was filled with revolutionary songs such as 'Karar Oi Louho Kopat' and 'We Shall Overcome.'

Actor Debalina Mukherjee emphasized the growing momentum for justice, while other rallies by alumni from Ramakrishna Mission schools and a well-known convent also echoed the same demand.
