Madhya Pradesh Unveils Festive Bonuses for Ladli Behna Yojana Beneficiaries

Beneficiaries of Madhya Pradesh's Ladli Behna Yojana will receive an extra Rs 250 for Raksha Bandhan on top of the regular Rs 1,250 aid on August 10. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav also announced subsidies for Ujjwala Gas scheme beneficiaries and emphasized efforts to attract investment in the region.

Beneficiaries of the Madhya Pradesh government's Ladli Behna Yojana will receive an additional Rs 250 for Raksha Bandhan, beyond the regular Rs 1,250 aid, on August 10, according to Chief Minister Mohan Yadav.

Speaking at an event in Chitrakoot, Satna district, Yadav said the government would celebrate the 'Savan' festivals. While Raksha Bandhan is officially on August 19, Ladli Behna beneficiaries will get their aid early on August 10. A 30-foot rakhi was tied to Yadav by beneficiaries during the occasion.

Additionally, Yadav announced a Rs 450 per cylinder subsidy for Ladli Behna and Ujjwala Gas scheme beneficiaries and detailed plans for a forthcoming investor meet in Rewa to boost regional employment. He also directed the collector to address illegal parking activities following several complaints.
