TOIFA OTT Awards 2023: Celebrating Excellence in Hindi Web Entertainment

The inaugural OTT edition of the TOIFA Awards in Mumbai celebrated outstanding achievements in Hindi web films and series released in 2023. Highlights include major wins for 'Jubilee,' 'Dahaad,' and 'Sirf Ek Banda Kaafi Hai,' recognizing top talents across acting, content creation, and technical expertise.

In a dazzling event held in Mumbai, the inaugural OTT edition of the TOIFA Awards celebrated exceptional achievements in Hindi web entertainment for 2023. 'Jubilee,' 'Dahaad,' and 'Sirf Ek Banda Kaafi Hai' were among the top winners of the night, showcasing excellence in acting, content creation, and technical fields.

The ceremony honored talents across various categories. Prime Video's 'Jubilee,' a tribute to the golden age of Hindi cinema, took home five awards, including Drama Series of the Year. Vikramaditya Motwane and Soumik Sen were named Showrunner for OTT, while other accolades went to Alokananda Dasgupta for Background Score, Shruti Kapoor for Costume Design, and Casting Bay for Casting Ensemble in a Web Series.

Sonakshi Sinha won the Acting Excellence (Female) award for 'Dahaad,' with her co-star Vijay Varma earning the trophy for Acting Excellence in a Negative Role. Shahid Kapoor was recognized for his debut in 'Farzi' and Mona Singh for her supporting role in 'Made In Heaven' Season 2. The event highlighted the diverse and burgeoning talent in the Hindi digital entertainment industry.
