Bikanervala Expands Culinary Footprint with New Outlet in Bathinda
Bikanervala, renowned for its traditional Indian sweets and multi-cuisine dining, has opened its latest outlet in Bathinda, Punjab. The 5,000 sq ft outlet, in collaboration with Montana Group, caters to more than 150 patrons. This marks the 12th outlet in Punjab, with plans to expand further.
Bikanervala, the esteemed manufacturer known for its traditional Indian sweets and diverse dining options, has inaugurated a new outlet in Bathinda, Punjab, on Saturday.
This milestone reinforces Bikanervala's foothold in the culinary world, the company noted in an official statement. Beyond its famed sweets and savouries, the brand also offers a wholly vegetarian, multi-cuisine dining menu to suit varied tastes.
Located at Green City Square on Mandi Dabwali Road, the Bathinda outlet spans 5,000 square feet and accommodates over 150 customers. Bikanervala Foods Pvt Ltd Director Ashok Aggarwal expressed excitement about the new location, emphasizing the brand's commitment to excellent culinary experiences and cultural heritage. The brand has partnered with Montana Group, renowned for its food and beverage expertise in both domestic and international markets, aiming to globally highlight 'Indian sweets and fine food culture.'
CEO Suresh Goel revealed this is the 12th Bikanervala outlet in Punjab, adding to locations in Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Mohali, Zirakpur, and Faridkot. The company plans to open over 50 new outlets by 2024-25. Montana Group founder Monty Singh highlighted the brand's belief in food's power to connect people and celebrate cultures, while co-founder Manoj Madhukar noted the partnership's goal to deliver traditional flavors in a welcoming dining setting.
