Christopher Reeve's son, Will Reeve, is set to appear in a cameo role in the 2025 'Superman' film directed by James Gunn, People reports. Reeve recounted how the cameo came to be. 'I know the folks making the film, and they've been so kind to me and my family, and I had a free day so we made it happen,' he said.

Details about Reeve's role remain under wraps, as he shared, 'I don't know what I'm allowed to say.' Describing the experience, he added, 'It was a really great experience; they were super friendly; it was quick, easy...I was actually more nervous doing that than I am whenever I'm on TV for my normal job because there were so many people around and I had to memorise one line, but still!'

Will Reeve also reflected on his perceived lack of acting skills but encouraged audiences to watch the film. 'Blink and you'll miss it,' he quipped. The late Christopher Reeve's portrayal of Superman brought him immense success, and now, his youngest son will appear in a cameo as a TV reporter in the upcoming DC Studios movie.

Additionally, Will Reeve is involved in the documentary 'Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story,' which premiered at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival. The movie chronicles Christopher's career and the impact of his 1995 horseback riding accident that left him paralysed. Christopher's children, including Will, are featured in the documentary, alongside their late mother, Dana Reeve.

Will previously discussed his strong resemblance to his father, expressing that public interest in his likeness keeps the memory of his parents alive in a positive way. 'That means they're talking about my family in a positive light and remembering our dad, our mom, and our family in a way that honours them,' he said.

'Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story' will premiere on September 21, while 'Superman' is set for theatrical release on July 11, 2025.
