HBO Max has unveiled a second teaser for 'Dune: Prophecy', presenting Bollywood star Tabu as Sister Francesca.

The Warner Bros Discovery-owned streaming service released the teaser on Thursday, announcing that the six-episode series will debut in November.

Tabu, globally recognized for her roles in 'The Namesake' and 'Life of Pi', makes a brief appearance toward the teaser's end.

Her character, described as a 'strong, intelligent, and alluring' figure, once captivated the Emperor, complicating the power dynamics upon her return to the palace.

This series is set 10,000 years prior to Frank Herbert's novel 'Dune', recently adapted by Denis Villeneuve.

Previously titled 'Dune: The Sisterhood', the show is based on 'Sisterhood of Dune' by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson.

The plot follows two Harkonnen sisters facing threats to humanity, thereby establishing the legendary Bene Gesserit sect.

'Dune: Prophecy' features a star-studded cast including Emily Watson, Olivia Williams, and Mark Strong.

Showrunner Alison Schapker and co-developer Diane Ademu-John helm the series, co-produced by HBO and Legendary Television.
