Disney Plus K-drama 'Moving' trailer and poster tease gripping superpower tale

Disney Plus has recently revealed the main poster and trailer for its upcoming South Korean original series, ‘Moving,’ set to premiere on August 9, 2023. The show is based on the webtoon by Kang Full. The K-drama, ‘Moving’ is directed by Park In Jae.
‘Moving’features an impressive cast, including Ryu Seung Ryong, Han Hyo Joo, Zo In Sung, Cha Tae Hyun, Ryoo Seung Bum, Kim Sung Kyun, Lee Jung Ha, Go Youn Jung, and Kim Do Hoon. The plot revolves around three high school students and their parents suddenly discover they possess superpowers.
The main poster showcases intriguing transformations of the parent generation, played by Ryu Seung Ryong, Han Hyo Joo, Jo In Sung, and Kim Sung Kyun. On the other hand, the children, portrayed by Lee Jung Ha, Go Youn Jung, and Kim Do Hoon, are featured with a tagline that sparks curiosity: ‘We can be monsters or heroes.’
Additionally, Cha Tae Hyun's character, who possesses a secret power, adds an extra layer of intrigue. The gripping trailer takes the audience on a journey through the past of three secret agents leading their lives as monsters for top-secret missions. The story takes a dramatic turn when the children, who have inherited their parents' abilities, become aware of an unexpected threat. They question whether superpowers can be inherited and grapple with the truth that must remain hidden.
Ryoo Seung Bum's character, Frank, plays a mysterious role in the narrative, intent on locating and eliminating individuals with superpowers. Familiar faces such as Cha Tae Hyun, Kim Hee Won, Yang Dong Geun, Kim Shin Rok, Park Byung Eun, and Park Hee Soon also appear in the trailer, leaving viewers wondering about their roles in the unfolding drama.
‘Moving’is a captivating human action series that delves into the lives of children living in the present while concealing their extraordinary abilities and parents harboring painful secrets from the past. The seven episodes of the show will release globally simultaneously on Disney Plus on August 9, followed by the release of two episodes every week after the premiere.
As the series premieres, viewers can anticipate an enthralling tale of superpowers, secrets, and a threat that challenges the protagonists' existence.
