A shocking incident shook Bhadohi district in Uttar Pradesh as the principal of Indra Bahadur Singh National Inter College was killed in a brazen daylight shooting on Monday.
The victim, identified as 56-year-old Yogendra Bahadur Singh, was shot by two unidentified assailants on a bike while en route to work from his residence in Amilori village, police reported.
The authorities are conducting an intensive search, scrutinizing CCTV footage to apprehend the culprits, while the college community mourns Singh, who was recently appointed principal in July 2024.
