Galgotias University Leads National Training on Cyber Forensics and Terrorism

Galgotias University’s faculty and students from the Department of Forensic Sciences significantly contributed to a national training on Cyber Forensics and Cyber Terrorism at the Central Detective Training Institute. Faculty and students from the Department of Forensic Sciences at Galgotias University have recently played a pivotal role in a national training program on Cyber Forensics and Cyber Terrorism. This event was organized at the Central Detective Training Institute (CDTI) under the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

The Galgotias University team, which included Dr. (Mrs.) Vinny Sharma, Mr. Ankit Kumar, and M.Sc. Forensic Science students, trained police officers and paramilitary personnel from across the country. This advanced training in cyber forensics and cyber terrorism underscores the university's commitment to excellence in forensic science and national security.
