The HR Conclave focused on emerging trends and best practices, emphasizing technological advancements, employee well-being, and inclusive workplace cultures under the theme, 'Navigating the Future of Work: Strategies for Innovation and Inclusion.' Dr. Preethaa Ganesh, Vice President of Vels Group, inaugurated the event, highlighting collaboration with 225 companies and ongoing partnerships with IBM.

Keynote speaker Charles Godwin of Zoho delivered insights on unconventional hiring practices, sparking insightful discussions. The conclave hosted representatives from over 100 companies, fostering meaningful networking and collaboration opportunities to develop a dynamic and future-ready workforce.
