Young Pioneers: Shaping Future Entrepreneurs in Schools

The programme aims to develop 21st-century skills such as creativity, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking through masterclasses, mentorship, and practical projects.

Cambridge University Press & Assessment has partnered with Get Set Learn to introduce 'Young Pioneers,' an entrepreneurship programme tailored for students in grades 7 to 10. This initiative, designed to foster 21st-century skills like creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration, aligns with India's National Education Policy 2020 and the Skill India Initiative.
The programme is structured in three stages—Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced—and blends curriculum-based learning with expert-led masterclasses, hands-on projects, and mentorship. Educators will also receive training to enhance the programme's implementation through innovative teaching methodologies.
According to Arun Rajamani, Managing Director at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, South Asia, 'Young Pioneers' aims to equip students with essential skills for navigating future challenges and fostering innovation. Ameet Zaverii, CEO & Co-founder of Get Set Learn, emphasized the importance of nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset among students as India strives to become a 5 trillion-dollar economy by 2027.
