On World Skills Day, Wheebox ETS, a renowned online talent assessment company, has unveiled the 'Global Employability Test' (GET), targeted at higher education student in India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The GET test, designed per the Future Skills Competencies framework by the World Economic Forum, evaluates crucial abilities such as Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Communication, Numerical Reasoning, Digital Fluency, and many soft skills including Adaptability, Teamwork, and Learning Agility. Featuring 74-89 questions in a 90-minute adaptive format, the test employs multiple methods including multiple choice questions, video interviews, simulations, and coding assessments to provide a comprehensive evaluation.

This initiative is supported by prestigious organizations such as AICTE, AIU, and Google.
