Zepto, on the brink of its IPO, saw a 120% surge in operating revenue to Rs 4,454 crore in FY24, outperforming competitors including Swiggy's Instamart and Zomato's Blinkit. Palicha forecasts a transformative year in 2025, with enhancements in customer propositions, unit economics, and the capital market landscape for quick commerce.
