Bajaj Auto Reports Robust 20% Rise in September Vehicle Sales

Bajaj Auto announced a 20% increase in vehicle sales for September 2024, totaling 4,69,531 units. Domestic sales rose 23% to 3,11,887 units, while exports saw a 13% increase to 1,57,644 units. Two-wheeler sales grew 22% to 4,00,489 units, and commercial vehicle sales increased by 6% to 69,042 units.

Bajaj Auto has reported a significant 20% surge in vehicle sales for September 2024, reaching a total of 4,69,531 units. This represents a substantial rise from the 3,92,558 units sold in the same period last year.

Domestic sales were a major contributor, climbing 23% to 3,11,887 vehicles from 2,53,193 units in September last year. Meanwhile, export sales also grew by 13% year-on-year, reaching 1,57,644 units.

Two-wheeler sales witnessed a notable increase of 22%, amounting to 4,00,489 units. Of these, domestic two-wheeler sales alone rose by 28% to 2,59,333 units, while exports saw a 13% rise, totaling 1,41,156 units. Commercial vehicle sales also reflected a growth trajectory with a 6% increase, totaling 69,042 units for the month.
