Specialized engineering company Kalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL) announced on Monday that it has secured contracts worth Rs 1,241 crore.

The new deals encompass the transmission & distribution (T&D) sector, both within India and in international markets, as well as residential and commercial building projects locally.

According to a company statement, KPIL's new orders/awards total Rs 1,241 crore. 'These new orders further strengthen our order book with year-to-date (YTD) order inflows reaching over Rs 11,000 crore,' said Manish Mohnot, MD & CEO of KPIL.

Mohnot added that approximately 80-85% of these new orders pertain to the T&D and Buildings and Factories (B&F) business segments, providing a strong foundation for sustainable growth and profitability backed by robust capabilities and a leading market position.
