Zhukovsky Airport in the Moscow region has resumed normal operations after a brief suspension following drone attacks, according to Russian state news agency TASS. The incident led Russia's aviation authority, Rosaviatsia, to lift restrictions in Domodedovo, Zhukovsky, and Vnukovo airports.

Ukraine's targeted drone attack on the Russian capital on Tuesday was the largest to date, causing the death of at least one person and damaging dozens of homes in the Moscow region. The assault necessitated the diversion of around 50 flights from airports in the Moscow vicinity.

While operations have resumed at Zhukovsky, air traffic had been halted as a safety measure and for investigative purposes. The restoration of normalcy at the airport follows a thorough investigation of the drone attack.
