The event took place on September 1, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, fostering a strong sense of community and heartfelt moments.

Led by Jagannath Das, the event saw the dedication and effort of volunteers, including Gyanjyoti Das, Ranjan Kumar Das, Ramesh Kumar Das, and Rajeswari Panda. This committed team exemplified social responsibility and selfless dedication to ensuring the event's success.

During the event, volunteers provided a wide array of essential items, including food supplies such as rice, lentils, and cooking oils, and educational materials like scales, pencils, and erasers. Sports equipment was also distributed, allowing children to engage in physical activities like cricket and badminton.

Various activities such as a drawing competition, storytelling sessions, and games like cricket and kabaddi were organized. The children participated eagerly, showcasing their creativity and talents while learning valuable lessons in teamwork and sportsmanship.

Reflecting on the event, Jagannath Das highlighted that the charity effort aimed to provide emotional encouragement as much as material support.
