Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad, managed by the GMR group, has announced the inauguration of a cutting-edge general aviation terminal designed exclusively for private jet owners and users.

In a press release, the airport operator highlighted that the terminal is geared towards the diverse needs of charter flight passengers traveling for business or personal reasons. Pradeep Panicker, CEO of GMR Hyderabad International Airport, emphasized Hyderabad's status as an economic hub with a significant number of ultra-high net worth individuals (HNI), and how growing industries and global centers have increased private jet movements.

The new facility spans 11,234 square feet and features a unique blend of classical and Indo-Saracenic-Indo-Gothic architecture. It offers an array of services including dedicated domestic and international passenger facilitation, lounges, private check-ins, and direct chauffeured rides to and from aircraft.
