Vistara will operate its final flight under its brand on November 11, 2024. The full-service carrier's operations will merge with Air India from November 12, 2024.

The government has approved foreign direct investment by Singapore Airlines as part of the Air India-Vistara merger. Vistara, a joint venture between Tata Group and Singapore Airlines, will see its aircraft and routes integrated into Air India's operations.

Starting from September 3, 2024, customers will no longer be able to make bookings with Vistara for travel after November 12, 2024. Bookings for Vistara-operated routes will be redirected to Air India's website.
