Vistara to Fly Last Flight Before Unifying with Air India

Vistara will operate its final flight on November 11, 2024, before merging with Air India. Singapore Airlines has received government approval to invest in the merger. Vistara, a Tata-Singapore Airlines joint venture, will redirect bookings to Air India from September 3, 2024.

The government has approved foreign direct investment by Singapore Airlines as part of the Air India-Vistara merger. Vistara, a joint venture between Tata Group and Singapore Airlines, will see its aircraft and routes integrated into Air India's operations.

Starting from September 3, 2024, customers will no longer be able to make bookings with Vistara for travel after November 12, 2024. Bookings for Vistara-operated routes will be redirected to Air India's website.
