IYDF and Dezign Layers Spread Joy with Aid Event in Meerut
The International Youth Development Foundation, in collaboration with Dezign Layers, organized a heartwarming aid event at Prathmik Vidhyalaya Krishnapuri, Meerut. Volunteers distributed essential supplies and organized games for 42 children, making it a day of joy and learning. This initiative highlighted the importance of addressing children's physical and emotional needs.

The International Youth Development Foundation (IYDF) teamed up with Dezign Layers to host an uplifting aid event at Prathmik Vidhyalaya Krishnapuri in Meerut on August 22, 2024. Organized by Shirish Khanna, the event witnessed active volunteer participation, including Pradeep Sharma, Aman Kakker, Anchal Tripathi, and Sonam, who brought essential supplies and joy to 42 children.
Volunteers provided various essential supplies on the event day, from snacks like chips and cold drinks to practical items such as water bottles and educational supplies, including pencils, erasers, scales, sharpeners, pens, notebooks, and small bags. They also distributed sports equipment, including chess sets, ludo, carrom boards, badminton sets, basketball hoops, volleyballs, cricket kits, and rebounders, offering the children both learning opportunities and recreational activities. The event began sharply at 9 a.m., with volunteers organizing various games that engaged the children in fun and team-building exercises. Games like chess and ludo proved particularly impactful, helping develop their critical thinking and teamwork skills.
After the event, organizer Shirish Khanna expressed immense satisfaction with its success. He and the volunteers were touched by the children's enthusiastic participation and the smiles on their faces. Vinit Kumar, the head of Prathmik Vidhyalaya Krishnapuri, extended his heartfelt thanks to IYDF and Dezign Layers, emphasizing how the event significantly improved the children's living conditions and provided added resources and development opportunities.
