In a significant business move, Transformers and Rectifiers (India) revealed on Thursday it has obtained new export orders amounting to USD 16.80 million (approximately Rs 141 crore).

The company disclosed that the first contract, awarded by Linxon Global Sweden, is valued at USD 14 million and mandates execution by October 2025.

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) will deliver 18 trackside traction transformers of 20 MVA and 55 trackside auto transformers of 7.5 MVA to Linxon Global Sweden, further cementing its global standing.

Additionally, another lucrative order of USD 2.80 million has been secured from ArcelorMittal Mexico for a 175 MVA, 66 kV electrical arc furnace transformer, with a completion deadline set for December this year, according to the company.
