Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Secures $16.8 Million Export Orders

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has announced new export orders totaling USD 16.80 million. The first major contract from Linxon Global Sweden, valued at USD 14 million, requires the supply of 73 transformers by October 2025. The second order, worth USD 2.80 million from ArcelorMittal Mexico, involves a 175 MVA transformer to be delivered by December 2023.

In a significant business move, Transformers and Rectifiers (India) revealed on Thursday it has obtained new export orders amounting to USD 16.80 million (approximately Rs 141 crore).

The company disclosed that the first contract, awarded by Linxon Global Sweden, is valued at USD 14 million and mandates execution by October 2025.

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) will deliver 18 trackside traction transformers of 20 MVA and 55 trackside auto transformers of 7.5 MVA to Linxon Global Sweden, further cementing its global standing.

Additionally, another lucrative order of USD 2.80 million has been secured from ArcelorMittal Mexico for a 175 MVA, 66 kV electrical arc furnace transformer, with a completion deadline set for December this year, according to the company.
