Kaushalya Logistics Limited (NSE: KLL), a diversified conglomerate known for its logistic support to cement players, has signed a new freight forwarding agreement with HFCL Limited. The deal is set to expand KLL's logistics services through the provision of GPS-enabled closed-body container trucks.

As per the agreement, KLL will manage the complete logistics process. This includes the placement of a representative at HFCL's warehouse to oversee material loading and documentation, as well as handling the unloading at the delivery site. Necessary equipment like forklifts and labor will also be provided by KLL. This strategic move follows recent partnerships with Indiabulls Enterprise Limited and STP Ltd., marking significant advancements in KLL's growth trajectory.
