Purna Chetana Public School in Mysuru celebrated its 11th anniversary by setting 14 world records during the 'Purna Chetana World Records Festival 2024.' The event, running from July 6 to August 13, featured students excelling in traditional dance, literary accomplishments, and patriotic displays, with certifications by Elite World Records, Asian Records Academy, and India Records Academy.

On August 4, 2024, 482 students broke the record for 'Most Participants in a Multi-Genre Dance Performance at a Single Location in 2 Hours,' showcasing 35 traditional Indian dance forms. Students donned authentic costumes and performed with expert choreography at the event, which celebrated India's cultural diversity. Challenges such as costume sourcing were managed by school authorities under veteran designer Ramachandra ji.

A poignant ballet honoring Indian soldiers and the creation of the 'Largest National Flag Made with Origami Balls' further highlighted the festival. The launch of a book featuring 189 non-fiction stories by students set another record. Distinguished guests, including officials from various record-keeping organizations, praised the school's dedication to education and cultural preservation. The festival concluded with nine team and five individual world records, solidifying the school's status as a leader in innovative education.
