Jubilant Foodworks Ltd Reports Rs 58.02-Crore Net Profit for June Quarter
Jubilant Foodworks Ltd (JFL), associated with Domino's Pizza and Dunkin' Donuts, reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 58.02 crore for the June quarter. The revenue stood at Rs 1,933.06 crore. The results were influenced by the acquisition of DP Eurasia NV. Shares of JFL settled at Rs 598.55 apiece on BSE.
Jubilant Foodworks Ltd (JFL), the operator behind fast-food giants Domino's Pizza and Dunkin' Donuts, announced a consolidated net profit of Rs 58.02 crore for the June quarter.
JFL had recorded a net profit of Rs 28.91 crore in the corresponding period of FY24, per a regulatory filing.
Revenue from operations for the quarter was reported at Rs 1,933.06 crore, compared to Rs 13,345.42 crore in the year-ago period. The financial results reflected recent corporate actions, such as its subsidiary's acquisition of a controlling stake in DP Eurasia NV, franchisee of Domino's Pizza in Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, in March FY24.
