Incuspaze Expands with Major Lease in Noida
Coworking firm Incuspaze has leased 4 lakh square feet of office space in Noida's Alphathum building. This expansion is part of their plan to meet the growing demand for flexible workspaces. The deal was facilitated by Colliers India and involved Bhutani Infra.
Incuspaze, a prominent coworking firm, has secured a lease for 4 lakh square feet of office space in Noida's Alphathum building, located in Sector 90, Noida Expressway.
Founded in 2016 by UK-based entrepreneur Sanjay Choudhary, Incuspaze boasts 44 centres across 18 cities, covering a portfolio of 3.5 million square feet. The lease agreement with Bhutani Infra is a strategic move to address the increasing demand for flexible workspaces.
Sanjay Chatrath, Managing Partner of Incuspaze, highlighted the company's recent expansions in key cities like Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Mumbai, emphasizing their commitment to custom solutions for multinational companies. Bhutani Group's CEO, Ashish Bhutani, reiterated their goal to provide state-of-the-art office spaces that cater to modern business needs. The transaction was facilitated by property consultant Colliers India.
