AVG Logistics Limited, a prominent player in multimodal logistics solutions, is poised to acquire a substantial stake in Kaizen Logistics, with a formal announcement made in Mumbai.

Kaizen Logistics has carved a niche as a reliable logistics partner, offering comprehensive services such as road and multimodal transportation, and warehousing to major Indian corporations like Vedanta Group, Aditya Birla Group, and Reliance Industries. The proposed acquisition promises to deliver operational synergies, leveraging the strengths of both entities in a competitive market. It will enhance operational capabilities and broaden AVG's sectoral reach in FMCG, beverages, metals, and industrial chemicals.

This strategic acquisition, led by seasoned logistician Sumit Garg with two decades of industry experience, is expected to conclude in Q4 of the 2024/25 financial year. Sanjay Gupta, CEO of AVG Logistics, emphasized the partnership's potential to solidify AVG's market position and generate value for shareholders and stakeholders.
