Congress Leader Calls for Second-Generation Reforms, Reflects on 1991 Liberalisation Budget

Mallikarjun Kharge, the Congress president, highlighted the significance of the 1991 Liberalisation Budget and emphasized the need for progressive second-generation reforms.
