XLRI and ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India Forge Partnership for Leadership Excellence

XLRI Jamshedpur and ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India have entered into a memorandum of understanding to foster innovation, develop talent, and drive leadership excellence in the manufacturing sector, according to officials on Monday.

The memorandum was officially signed during a ceremony held on July 10, marking a collaborative effort to achieve sustainable growth in the industry.

"We look forward to contributing our expertise and resources to help AM/NS India attain its vision," said XLRI Director George Sebastian. "This partnership represents a significant step in nurturing talent, promoting innovation, and reinforcing essential leadership qualities," he added.
