Is the next tech revolution a threat to developing countries?

The nature of the technological revolution until now has been such that it has expanded the scope of goods that can be produced and consumed expanding the number as well as the variety of jobs in the market. The next revolution appears to change all of this as it is likely to increase the concentration of wealth in the hands of the owners of the capital in addition to reducing the number of jobs suitable for people in developing countries.
